Hi! I'm Kendra, and I have been described as a ray of chaotic sunshine - in the best of ways! I have been an avid reader since the first grade, where I repeatedly got in trouble for surpassing the grade level requirements and asking for harder books. I fail to see the problem with this!
My journey to editing began in 2023. I had just found Bookstagram, began making connections with authors and readers alike, and slowly built my presence in the community. I started ARC reading, provided some PA work for a few authors, and worked on building my consistency with reviews and posting!
I have always wished for a way to get paid to read books (isn't that everyone's dream?!), but the push to pursue this as a career really came in March of 2024, when I was asked to begin proofreading and editing for some of my favorite indie authors. Since then, I have worked with numerous authors in many capacities, assisted at events, and continued to hone my editing skills. I’m excited for the potential to work together!
